Dr. Amit Basu
(MS, PhD Rochester, MBA SIUC, B.Tech (EE), IIT Delhi), CEO, is an
expert on the use of information technology in business, with over
twenty years experience as an IT professional. He has served as a
consultant to both private and public sector organizations,
including IBM, Nortel, Belgacom, Dow Corning, State Industries, the
State of Maryland and the Odin Foundation. He has served on the
advisory board of several technology ventures, and is the Charles
Wyly Professor of Information Systems at Southern Methodist
University’s Cox School of Business.
Dr. Suku Nair
(MS, PhD (EE-CS), Univ. of Illinois), Co-founder and President,
brings more than fifteen years of research and development
experience in network security and reliability. He has been a
consultant to various telecommunication and networking companies
such as Nortel, Alcatel, DSC, Wiltel, and Astral Point
Communications. He was on the board of advisors for Astral Point
Communications Inc. (acquired by Alcatel, Inc.). He is a Professor
of Computer Science and Engineering at Southern Methodist
University, where he held a Lindsay Embrey Trustee Professorship in
Engineering.
Dr. George
Deprez (M.S., Ph.D. (CS), SMU), Co-founder & CTO, is an expert
on high-speed, multi-layered, network reliability protocols. He was
the lead contributor in a SMU-Wiltel project, which developed
network planning and provisioning tools for the deployment of
reliable optical networks. He has worked with ECOM, an international
trading company, in their Swiss and Taiwan offices. |
